Wednesday- Swimming Challenge

(warm-up)
5 under water 25's

Workout
20- 25's on the 45 sec
Challenge by Nehamiah (so I will do 40 sec)

500 for time

(Cool-down)
stretch

P.S. It's wierd that it rained in Utah today the weather better clear up when I get there:)

The workout felt great. I very rarely do a sprint workout in the water. I ended up doing the following:

40- 25's on the 40 sec

(Didn't do the 500 cause all the extra 25 sets)
