Ride Draper Hill
100 push ups (the man kind...lol)
1000 crunches (500 st, 250 each side)

My fastest time ever up Draper Hill! 34:00. 10 min faster than the first time I did it. I went down hill somewhere around 56 mph. I was going so fast I was scared to look down at my comp. Either way it got the adrenaline pumpin!!!!

Push ups and crunches were a nice finisher to do at home for a change and not have to drive to the gym.
