Saturday- Race & A Little Extra

RACE WITH THE ANGELS- 5K Race
Lehi, UT @ Thanksgiving Point Gardens

THEN...
I went to the gym and did the following

15 burpee pull-ups
10 deadlift @ bodyweight (220)

3 Sets for time

THEN...
another 5K and build pace

Pretty sure I was still feelin it from my row test yesterday. Well at least that's my excuse...my 5K time sucked! I did it in 23:58 which is roughly an 8 min mile. Not nearly my best. The hills in the gardens got to me as well. Gonna have to continue to train on an incline.

At the gym I was def fatigued but got inspired watching a dude 495 deadlift sets of 10!!!

On the burpee pulls/deadlift circuit I got 15:21.

The 3K run I did on a treadmill at the same pace as the race on a slight incline.

Someone is Slacking! Where's the workouts from yesterday and today?!?!
I took your advice: i'm running hills non-stop from now on.
Annnnd I listened to Techno music the entire time today... during my work out:)
