Workout
swim 100
10 deck ups
10 knees to chest
5 side knees to chest (each side)

20 sets on the 3:15

I tried to start out at a 3 min pace but after 4 or 5 I thought I was going to die. Changed it to 3:15 and it made it just bearable. When I got to 9 I seriously thought about the consequences of throwing up in the gym pool cause I was hurting. By 19 I thought I do another 20. Except for the fact that I couldn't do another deck up if my life depended on it.
