Ride up one side of Draper Hill (10 mile ride with 2000ft elevation gain)

Haul balls down the hill

As much as this hill sucks to go up it is an absolute thrill to go down. I got up to 50 mph!!! That on a road bike. Kinda scary when you go on turns that fast. Eyes watering like crazy doesn't help the vision but keeps the HR almost as high on the way up.
