Notes:
The run felt pretty good. Still getting used to cardio for that long of time but its really just mental. Physically I can handle it, especially when its just a build day. The row proved to be interesting. My shirt got so sweaty from the run that my nipples started to burn. They got so bad they started to bleed. By the time I got half way through the row (5K) it looked like I was trying to breast feed Satan....so I stopped. Only did 5K of row.
