5 under water swims @ 1:30

Workout
1000m swim without touching the walls @ building pace

(cool-down)
stretch in the sauna

Well today I forgot my goggles so instead I did the following workout:

Tread water for 1 hr

Every minute on the 30 seconds I did

knees to chest
side knees to chest
other side knees to chest
10 deck ups
15 sec no hands
15 sec no legs
10 full body paddles

Did 8 sets and took it home with another set of the knees to chest all the way around
