I do feel good after my 12 miles...I'm thinking I could do the full marathon (But I worry about the altitude)
Today was a great day! I did a little extra before and after with a spin class to get my 75 min of riding in. The swim was a little rough, and my form was slacking on the easy sets but I feel awesome right now
