I didn't do the math on it until I was actually swimming, but I swam 1.5 miles today- the most I have ever done in a workout.

The run was a killer so I put it on flat ground. I crushed out 3.72 miles in 30 min. Nowhere close to my best but just where I wanted to end up.

The HR monitor is on its last leg. Its given me 2 good years and I think I put around 1,000 miles on it. Gotta start lookin for a new one....
