PAIN!!! 1775 was rough. Great workout though. I thought I could do much better than I did, but it burned either way. Here was the breakdown:

Instead of a 10k (cause my legs were toast) I did a very steep, very fast walk for 45 min. It burned the muscles but not too hard on the cardio.
