This workout was a killer. I swam 1.2 miles- exactly what the half ironman distance is. I think the only reason I made in the time that I did (and didn't die for that matter) was because I had that wall to push off of every 25m. Open water swimming is going to be much different.
I felt like a million bucks after it was all said and done. I swam the 1800 n around 35 min and I got down 3.6 miles on the uphill run. I am feelin it today though. Should make today's workout interesting...
