1650m ladder
-start @ 275 and go down my 25 each set

(cool-down)
200 easy

Today was a killer! I have not been in the water for quite a while and I truly felt it. When I was doing the 275,250, all the way down to the 100 I had to stop for about 3-4 seconds every 25. I was that tired. By the end I felt good but its just a reminder that NO ONE IS IMMUNE NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRAIN TO LOSE IT ALL WHEN YOU GET LAZY!!!
