I got through most of the workout today and felt really good. Right when the adrenaline was starting to pump for my last 150m of my 500, I was stopped by the "Water Aerobics" instructor. I know the aerobics room was made for aerobics classes but I am pretty sure the pool was NOT built so old women could kick athletes out of the water to jump around for 35 min. Frustrating!
