Today was the hardest day of riding I have done since I have been back. Got the HR to a max or 180. This is my max on the bike. Avg hr 168. Total ride time 1:15
That's a boy! You forgot to mention that you are an 'IMPRESSIVE' stretcher! :)
We're totally using the same training schedule- so funny. I split it into two-a-days.
