My aim was do do my sets at or better than the following:

1000- 50's on the 1:00
500- 50's on the :55
250- 50's better than :55
175 and all the rest- 50's on the :45

I did:
1000- 50's on the :55
500- 50's on the :53
250- 50's on the :48
175, 75- 50's on the :45
Last 50- finished in :34 MY NEW PR!

Yea for PR! That's awesome, especially after everything else you'd done previous.

I guess the moral is that you only can realize your potential when the water-aerobic ladies don't kick you out :).

Well in all actuality its a toss up it really is a new PR. More that it is just my first time documenting. Either way- new PR! SWEET!
