This was a crazy circuit. My shoulders were finished after the first round. Get ups proved to be very difficult. Forgot my watch so I couldn't time it exactly. Used the clock in the aerobic room and got around 1hr and 15 min. Initially was going to do only 3 rounds then I saw a 50 year old lady jump roping faster than I can. So then I decided to do 5 rounds. Got to 4 and couldn't move so I threw in the towel. The workout was crazy because I knew I was working at a killer pace but it didn't burn nearly as bad as it has in the past. Maybe a weird day....maybe I am breaking into a new fitness level. Time will tell....
