Notes:
Great workout. Def felt it during the burpees and had to power through on the last row.

Times as follows:

1st Row- 7:52
2 min to walk to burgee area in gym
Super Burpees- 13:40
2 min to walk back to row machine
2nd Row- 7:58

TOTAL TIME 33:34
