Notes:
Mentally failed by set 5, but continued and by set 7 the pain had mostly subsided. Must have found a rhythm.

Set times as follows:
5:45, 6:20, 6:16, 6:23, 6:36, 6:35, 6:33, 6:46, 6:34, 6:16

who does 300's???? that is unheard of. You are obviously not a swimmer!

try 10 x 100's holding 1:05's
that should elevate the HR.

I was practicing the distance cause thats what I was gonna do for the tri. Obviously not a multisport athlete!
