Tough workout but short. Nothing wrong with that.
My time was pretty slow. I am not used to running outside. Oh and I am still feeling a bit fat and slow cause of the sick week I had last week.

We've been getting most our WOD's from crossfit.com and sometimes when I am trying to get someone to quit I'll pull something from Gym Jones.
