Tuesday- Run, Squat, and Push (Oh how I love my workout titles)

(warm-up)

stretch

WORKOUT
Run 400 meters
50 squats
20 push ups

Tough workout but short. Nothing wrong with that.

My time was pretty slow. I am not used to running outside. Oh and I am still feeling a bit fat and slow cause of the sick week I had last week.
