Deadlift 5 sets of 5, shooting for max weight

Then...
15 Barbell rolls (or wheel rolls)
10 Get-Ups on each arm with 30#db

The deadlifts really took it out of me. I have never pushed myself with max weight so this was a bit of an experiment as well. The sets went as follows:

132, 242, 308, 374, 396 (failure after 1st rep)- back down to 374)
